  1. I was report an issue about transformer at 9:00 Pm and after 30 mint i got response from wapda office and they visit site and resolve issue seriously i can’t believe 118 complaint center is to much helpful for us.

    My house is situated in street No.10 Madny Colony, Bahawalnagar. I submitted an application alongwith necessary documents required to complete the process for new electricity connection on 30.4.2021.I was allotted tracking No.15811005116.One year has passed,but I have not informed the status of the application up till now.
    Kindly direct the SDO, MEPCO, Bahawalnagar to look in to the matter personally. Visit the site in the presence of the complainer. In case of any causes/mistake or incomplete documents, may be informed so that I may able to restore the objections required for completing the process.

    کل بروز منگل 17/05/22 میرا بجلی میٹر بغیر کسی وجہ کے واپڈا ملازم شفیق اور عبدالرحیم نے واپڈا ملازم کنور عامر محمود کے کہنے پر کاٹ کر میٹر ساتھ لے کر چلے گئے جبکہ ہمارے میٹر پر واپڈا کی کوئی واجبات باقی نہیں تھی اور اج تک ہمارا کوئی بھی بجلی کا بل دیر سے ادا نہیں ہوا۔ واپڈا سے رابط کرنے پر معلوم ہوا کے واپڈا ملازم کنور عامر محمود ہمارا میٹر اپنے ساتھ اپنے گھر لے گیا ہے پھر ہم نے (SDO) راجنپور کو شکایت کی پر وہ بھی عامر کے ساتھ ملوس ہے اور ہماری ایک بھی بات نہ سنی ب ہم کل سے بغیر بجلی کے اندھیرے میں بیٹھے ہیں اور کنور عامر محمود نے ہمارے تمام ہمسایوں کو دھمکی دی ہوئی ہے کہ اگر کسی نے انکو بجلی کا کنکشن دیا تو میں انکا بھی میٹر کاٹ لوں گا مہربانی کر کے ہماری التجا سنی جائے
